About RJ Pottery:

RJ Pottery Studio is a husband and wife team who are inspired to create useful utilitarian art. Ray was drawn to clay from watching the arts-and-crafts shows on public television, so he decided to take a class at a local school and instantly became hooked. Ray has a talent for throwing clay and his wife, Jane utilizes her artisitic painting abilities to add just the right touch to the pieces and the rest, as they say, is history.

Trained in the Seattle area, RJ Pottery has been creating wonderful art pieces from a garage that's been converted into a studio.

Gaining in popularity RJ Pottery Studio has a loyal following with people who collect their wheel thrown, unique, one of a kind works of art. Each year they sell out at the Annual Pottery Sale held at Moshier Art Center located Burien, Washington. Not only is their pottery beautiful to look at, but it's also functional since most all the pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.
